Cole is still about 25-26lbs and 33.5" long.
We have had some sunny days outside at the park.
We try to get out there everyday. Cole loves climbing
up and down and now that he is walking, he is doing the
climbing on his feet instead of his knees.

Cole LOVES tools. Any kind of tool. I should say, any
of Dad's tools. We let him play with the small screwdrivers
we have. He goes around the house fixing everything with
his screwdriver. We also have a "tool box" book that has
cardboard tools that can be taken out of the book. He goes
through it everyday... the screwdriver, the hammer for banging,
the saw for cutting and the wrench for screwing. He can't
get enough of it. We are looking for a tool set for him that is
similar to the real thing.

Cole is getting more teeth and teething is insane this month!
We had four days of coughing, throwing up, waking up every
fifteen minutes, nursing every half hour, sleeping on me and
waking for a few hours at night. It has been tough. I feel for him.
Out of all the frustration and insanity of sleeplessness, Cole and I
had another opportunity to be close and nurse and cuddle and be
together. I wore him in the sling for hours. We went for walks
in the rain and he would sleep in the sling against me.

We took Cole to the snow in Tahoe! We just took off one day when
there was a break in the rain and snow. It was a fairly warm and
sunny day both here and in Tahoe. We arrived late afternoon and
went to a park in Tahoe city. Cole loved the feel of the snow. He did
not want to wear his mittens. He kept taking them off. Then he would
start screaming because his hands were so cold. He could not figure
out why. We stayed the night and the next morning we took him to
a snow park. He loved seeing the other kids and the dogs, but was
not interested in going sledding himself. We enjoyed watching John
barrel down the hill.

While I took a shower, Cole was playing in the bathroom. I took a peek
at him and he was playing with my slipper. The next time I peeked out
he was wearing my slipper and trying to maneuver around the bathroom
with it on. Too cute!!

March 27, 2006 Cole at Mission North park.

March 31, 2006 Cole is fixing the door with his tools.
He LOVES tools. He has a small screwdriver and wrench
and goes around the house fixing things.

April 6, 2006 Cole is at MSN playing.

April 7, 2006 Cole was sick this night. He threw up eight times in four hours.
I had to put him in the sling to sleep. It was nice to have him so close again.

April 13, 2006 Cole's first trip to the snow (Lake Tahoe). He loved feeling
the snow in his hands, but could not figure out why they hurt so bad from the cold.
